The AI Employee System

Seven employees. Zero payroll. This is how my whole content business runs while I'm out living my life.

Courses give you videos. This gives you employees. An AI employee is a helper you build inside Claude that does one job for your business, the same way every time, in your voice. I don't code, I don't design, I don't edit video — my employees do. Here's the shape of the system, and where each piece comes from.

Step 1 — Build the brain file first

Every employee reads one file before it works: the brain file. It holds your story, your people, and your voice. If you skip this, you get robot content no matter how good your prompts are. The full brain file guide is here — do it first, it takes 20 minutes.

Step 2 — Hire your first employee: the Post Writer

One job: turn one idea into one finished post in your voice. In your brain-file project, paste:

You are my Post Writer. Your only job: I give you one idea, you give me one finished post in my voice, using my brain file. Short sentences. Plain words. No hype. One clear next step at the end. Ask me for today's idea.

That's a working employee. Feed it one idea a day and your content problem is half gone.

Step 3 — Add employees one at a time

Don't build seven at once. Add the next one when the current one runs smooth. Mine, in the order I hired them: the Post Writer, the Image Maker, the Reel Scripter, the Viral Spotter (finds outliers worth learning from), the Brand Reviewer (my quality gate), the Scheduler, and the Video Editor. Each one is just a job description plus my brain file.

Step 4 — Run the 90/10 every day

The employees do 90% of the work. I do the 10% that matters: I decide what we make, I approve what they made, and I press publish. Decide. Approve. Press publish. That's my whole workday for content — and the business posts every single day.

Step 5 — Never hand over the one thing

My AI writes my content. It never answers my community. When someone asks me a question, the answer comes from me — that's the part people can feel, and it's the part I'd never automate.
