Education, not promises

Everything on this site — the guides, the Quick-Start Guide, the masterclass, the tools — is education. It teaches systems I actually use in my own business. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice, and it comes with no promise of income, followers, or sales. My results come from years of full-time work; they are not typical, and yours will depend on you.

What you can do with what you buy

When you buy a digital product or guide here, you get a personal license: it's yours to read, use, and apply in your own business. You can't resell it, republish it, share the files, or pass it off as your own work. The free guides on this site are free to read and use — they're still my writing, so please link to them rather than copying them.

Tools and apps

Some of my tools run on their own sites (like The Content System and BrandBuilder). Buying or using them may involve their own terms, shown at purchase. Where an AI tool generates content for you, you own what it generates for your business — and you're responsible for how you use it.

No warranties, plain and simple

This site and its products are provided "as is." I work hard to keep everything accurate and working, but I can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and I'm not liable for losses that come from using it beyond what you paid me for the product in question.

Outside links

I link to outside services I use and like (YouTube, Skool, Stripe, and others). I don't control those sites, and their own terms apply there. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — I only recommend what I actually use.
